Thoughts for this week:

• Thoughts can take a vacation: Many negative feelings/stresses I had on my mind pre-bike adventure just sat on the shelf until I returned. I was surprised to find them as fresh 5 weeks later – and that was a bit disheartening.
• Once again, house projects take up most of my time. Part of me feels like I need to treat it like a job. i.e. take off weekends etc. – mostly worried about blowing my summer. My bud Noelke thought it was awesome – “you know you are in the right place when you are working on your house – that’s the American dream right there.”
