Been about a month since posting. The collective collective at this point does not involve paying the other Max five dollars if I fail to post each week. Therefore, my motivations to post have greatly diminished. Before starting collective collective, I would say that I had very little motivation to do the art in the first place -> so no post meant no art. But, now the collective collective I guess has done its job as it is easy for me to be creative on a day-to-day basis without needing a monetary device to encouraging me to do so.
Scrollwork: i’ve updated the infinite scroll with my drawing from last month
Clock project: Tristan remade the clock pieces to be made of nice wood so walnut and maple. Still debugging code. Project kind of on standby until Tristan gets back from Taiwan.

Wind chime project: been meeting with Mick regularly to collaborate on the project. I built a Weather station a few weeks ago and I’ve been collecting data on a raspberry pi. That data as of last week can now be read by supercollider and be made to make notes.
One of the more interesting takeaways from reading this data and visualizing it, seeing how interrelated different weather phenomena are.
Right now I am working on composition. Using the guitar to create ambient soundscapes that Mick is using as inspiration to re-create in ableton/super collider.

Other things:
Talk to text: I pretty much exclusively use talk to text now- to make this post for instance, and for texting my friends. One thing that has surprised me is that my computer is just trash at doing it and my phone is quite good at it. Since my thumbs are wrecked again, texting is the thing that is quite difficult to pull off so the talk to text is been super helpful. I’m glad that I am at this point in time in and in technology where I can actually use this effectively.
Vanity project: Tristan help me make a vanity for our bathroom. It was a really fun project because I got to create everything in CAD to really high degree of precision and then attempt to re-create that precision with wood- which is something I’ve never done. Here’s a few photos
